Mortgage Broker Training Services provide courses to get you started as a finance or mortgage broker in Australia.  The main industry requirement to become a mortgage broker is to complete a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage lending - FNS40804).  Even experienced brokers are now required under MFAA guidelines to have this educational standard. FBAA guidelines also require this qualification to obtain membership.

Without this certificate, you will be unable to become accredited with lenders or the industry associations - the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, MFAA (Previously MIAA) and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia - FBAA.

These courses are recognized within the Australian Mortgage Finance Industry by Broker Groups, Industry Associations and Australian Lending Institutions.

This is the starting point for your career as an Accredited Mortgage Broker.
